Perfect Form Technology by Marmoelettromeccanica

What is Perfect Form Technology by Marmoelettromeccanica?

Perfect Form is the name given to the lowest cost option of the two continuous rim diamond positions in a Marmoelettromeccanica router profile set. These tools are for granite, quartz, ceramic and other hard natural stones and are Pos 1 and Pos 2. They are metal positions and are for manual and semi-automatic automatic machines only as they feature a rotating toucher washer that guides the tool along the substrate being worked.

They are used after a heavy duty grinding tool, that features either, FrangistoneRazorstone Technology or MEM Segmented technology.

Performance and Value Combined

The Perfect Form wheels offer the best compromise between durability and cost. They feature a high-grade diamond coating. After several passes, with Perfect Form Pos 1 and Pos 2 wheels, the profile shape will be left behind, each position removes a specific amount of material from the edge.

They are recommended for profile shapes that your factory does not frequently process. Sometimes operators will use these tools to create complicated shapes that are difficult or time-consuming to produce by hand and polish the stone after these positions. The quality that Marmoelettromeccanica guarantee is not compromised, they're designed for less common shapes and provide a cost-effective option to create these shapes quickly. They also run as fast as the Professional technology wheels - so there is no increase in working times.

Application of Perfect Form Edge Profiling Positions

These tools are recommended in addition to Pos 00 - Pos 6. They are available as Pos 1 and Pos 2, and feature a rotating toucher washer as they are for manual and semi-automatic machines only. Perfect Form tools are for use on granite, quartz, ceramic and other hard stones. Position 1 leaves the grain of the material at G50/G60 and removes 0.5mm of material while Position 2 leaves the grain of the material at G120/G140 and removes 0.3mm of material.

If you're considering this option for a commonly processed profile shape, you may wish to consider MEM Professional technology that is a lower cost per meter worked.
