5. Description of Products
Product Information
The information offered to Stonetools Ltd.’s customers are intended to assist in using our products effectively and safely. It should be considered to be informal and non-binding. It does not replace the manufacturer's information which should always be read before use. The products must be used appropriately for local conditions, materials and people.
Always ensure that sufficient health and safety measures are in place and suited to your local environment. Always read available Safety Data Sheets before handling or using products which may present a danger to yourself or others.
Chemical Products
When using chemical products, it is always recommended to make a preliminary test in a small, hidden, area before the main application.
Colour Displays
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, sample colours may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet may not be precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee that any colours online will look the same on all computers, Stonetools Ltd does not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the exact colour of the product.
If it is important that the colour be exact, it is highly recommended that you order a swatch first, if available, or order a sample product to judge the colour within real conditions before placing a full order. Please note that just because products across our range have the same colour name that does not mean they are the same exact colour, even if they are manufactured by the same manufacturer.
6. Buying from Stonetools Ltd

Prices for products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a dispatch confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, the price of a product excludes VAT at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK.
Despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products may be incorrectly priced. Please note that we will not process orders at knowingly incorrect prices.

Contract Creation
Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive a despatch email confirming that the product has been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order (see list of non-acceptance reasons below). The despatch email confirms our acceptance of your order for the products despatched and not for the entire order in the case of partial shipment.

Payment may be in GBP, USD or EUR, any additional processing or administration charge will fall to the buyer to pay and all payment charges fall to you.
The total price you pay to us for the product is always the same.
