Reordering Products

Reorder with One Click!

All details of products purchased from Stonetools are visible in the My Account area. This includes orders that are placed through other channels - if you made a telephone order the details will be visible here.

These easily accessible and detailed records help to control tooling spend. As everything you have ordered before is easy to find reordering the same quality tools is quick and simple.

A selection of products or all products from an order can be added to your basket with a few clicks. To find out how, see the guide below.

How do I Reorder a Selection of Products?

1. Once logged into your account, navigate to Purchases on the left hand side of the page. Select Reorder Items to view all individual lines of products from all previous orders. This includes more information such as date last ordered, product code, price, quantities, delivery method and delivery cost
2. The products can be narrowed by filtering the dropdown menu to display items purchased in the last x number of days
3. The products can also be sorted by frequently purchased, most recently purchased, by price or by name

How do I Reorder all Products From an Order?

1. Once logged into your account, navigate to Purchases on the left hand side of the page. Select Purchase History to view your previous orders
2. Click the sales order number (begins with SO) to show the details of the sales order
3. Click the Reorder All Items button, which will display the items that were purchased in this order
4. Review the quantities and then click Add to Cart to add all the items to your cart
5. You can then checkout by clicking the cart icon on the top right of the page
