This unique polishing set is for internal polishing stone cut-outs on a CNC machine. They allow a full polish of tight internal radii down to 5mm - great for producing almost square corners on internal bowl cut-outs.There are 6 positions in the set: three metal grinding and shaping wheels and three resin polishing wheels. All benefit from Marmoelettromeccanica's leading diamond technologies.
Pos 1 is not to be used for plunge cutting so the initial cut needs to be made with a core drill or reinforced router to cut and remove the internal section, leaving the edges to be worked by this tool set.
They leave an excellent finish on Dekton, granite, quartz, marble and ceramic materials. The working length of these tools is 35mm. All positions come with a 1/2" GAS fitting and screw into most standard cones. The tools have water outlet holes for an internal waterfeed which will increase the life of the tool.
