The Master 3500 is the market leader in portable electric contouring machines. It will create and fully polish a variety of edge profiles details onto all types of stone.

The Master 3500 uses an innovative water system base plate patented by Marmoelettromeccanica which creates a gliding water film between the machine and the slab. This system is easy to use and makes the Master feel almost weightless by removing any friction between the machine and the substrate. It also prevents the surface of the material being scratched. The water system eliminates stone pieces, that are broken off during working by expelling them away from the material using water, allowing the user to work without scratching the surface of the material.

If all polishing positions of a tool are used it allows the user to create a profile edge and fully polish very quickly saving time and money. This machine is a great addition to factories with limited space for a larger static machine, it is light and portable, at 39kg, and can be stored away when not in use.

This machine also has a twin speed feature in order to achieve the optimum rpm speed for the different type of tools used in the grinding and polishing process. The machine has two speed positions: 3000 rpm, and a higher setting 6000 rpm. The first 3 positions which create the profile edge use the higher speed setting at 6000 RPM and the preceding polishing positions use the lower speed setting at 3000 RPM. This twin-speed feature gives the optimum performance of the tool and life-span of the tools being used.

The tools that are used by the Master machine are the type with a rotating toucher washer that acts as guide as the profile wears away the correct amount of material required to leave the desired profile shape.The maximum tool diameter that the Master 3500 can accept is Ø 140mm.

Optional Bases and Accessories

The Master 3500 is available with different bases and accessories.

1. Water Fed Base

The Master 3500 is available with two types of base plates.The most popular is the waterfed base is the Hydro Base tha allows the machine to easily glide, hydroplane on a film of water without scratching the surface of your stone.

2. Roller Base

The second type is a wheel based design that features 16 nylon balls that rote as the machine is worked. It can be used on polished slabs but is recommended for rough or unpolished slabs as a gloss finish is required for the machine to glide on the surface.

3. Conversion Kit - Electrical Power Supply

In order to use the Master machine, you will need to have 3 phase power in your workshop or installed in your shop to power these tools. An alternative option is to purchase a phase converter to run 3 Phase equipment at full power from a Single Phase power source. The Master 3500 router is powered by a 3 Phase, 48 Volt (1,500 Watt) Transformer. The Transformer coverts 3 phase power.

4. Manual Router Tools

The Master 3500 machine accepts profile tools with an M8 fitting and a rotating toucher washer. We supply all Marmoelettromeccanica standard profile tools that are compatible with this machine.
